Like all know, it is one hardest job, getting curious little minds welcome ANY learning material, when they crave is only for fun & freedom, naturally! Especially when the learning is a skill which demands tremendous attention, focus, memory and mind-body coordination, like DANCING. Finding the right approach to get them welcome it & start loving it, is outside the normal comprehension & expectations. It is very delicate, unique and complicated than the most complex algorithm! Experience is the only key to dig into it! And a very simple, child-minded teacher with vast experience & passion is the perfect magician who could bring out the complete RESULTS hidden inside the sensitive treasure box- a child's talent set! He's the person to groom & nurture, to produce the best out of it!

With a mammoth experience of more than 26 years of coordinating activities & teaching for children and adults, he has that passion & energy, professional techniques & attitude, to journey along with the little minds and immerse into their own unique world of fun, imagination, comprehension, strength & limitations!
With a craving for the best out of any minor task he partake, he turns into a magician, weaving the best magic using their hidden talents which is hard to identify for common eyes!
With attention to details for each student, and huge desire to see progress of each, he is the unparalleled mentor to bring out the best in any student, in a disciplined but motivating & inspiring environment of music, dance, learning & fun!!
The road the Master walked!
Born in 1979 at a small beautiful village in Thodupuzha (Kerala, India) as the youngest, only son of K.P.James & Leelamma James, Sharon was lucky with an inspiring atmosphere of music and dance from childhood, with his caring father, mother and 4 elder sisters. Young boy Sharon stepped into the world of singing, dancing and started performing in church, community, school events from the age of 3. After proving his potential in performing arts in school levels, he focussed into Western dance styles in college years, working with local dance teams, leading the teams in various colleges he studied in Ramapuram, Thrissur & Coimbatore. Performed on hundreds of stages and won several competitions and taught dancing to hundreds of students in college and native town. A few of them are currently well known celebrities in movie/TV industry. Proved himself as a sports person also, being the captain of college cricket teams, in his colleges in Kerala and Tamilnadu. Sharron formed and owned his own local cricket club, and trained hundreds of youngsters in the sports, and led the local club as captain for over 10 years. Several of the youngsters who were trained by Sharron, got to the level of playing in district and state levels. A few are playing still, and building their career in cricket.
After earning Bachelors & Masters in Computer Sciences, Sharron's passion & talents earned him opportunities in the South Indian movie industry & TV channels, for a short period. He learned professional levels of choreography/movie-making/acting techniques during this period. He made good relations with large number of celebrity actors and movie makers, during this time.
Did work in 5 Malayalam movies in the very small time frame after college. Meanwhile Sharon worked as a computer teacher & cricket coach in a primary school, high school and was a religious teacher in church as well.
In 2005, Sharron had to fly to US, as he got admission for PhD in Computational Sciences, in George Mason University, Virginia. Even in US, he didn't give up his acting/dancing ambitions, and started teaching & performing dance on stages in East coast. The first year itself, he got selected to do a leading character in a Malayalam TV Mega-serial "Summer in America" for Kairali channel, which was filmed in Washington DC & Maryland, which made him familiar to Malayali TV audience. Soon Sharon moved to California, and started working as an IT professional in Los Angeles. His dreams and passion didn't let him settle in front of computers!
Sharron founded and started a part-time Bollywood dance school for kids of his friends in 2006, and the kids named it as "ElectroBattles".
It was not the end of the story! It was JUST the BEGINNING of a big journey of dance, fun, appreciations and accolades, together with the young and adults, beginners and experienced, performers and stars! After marrying a Software Engineer Feby John, back from Aluva, Kerala, he couldn't settle with just family, but with her support, expanded EB dance empire to various cities of Southern California, named it as "EB Bollywood Dance School"! Now the school has turned into the largest Indian/Bollywood Dance School in Southern CA, with continuous service of 11 years, more than 1,295 full-time students so far, produced more than 900 performers, and still counting!
During these years of choreography, instruction & performing, Sharron followed his dreams of acting & movie making. He created and acted in dozens of casual short videos and musical albums. In 2016, he opened EB Bollywood Movie Productions, to create and provide opportunities to talents from within EBB school and outside! Many video projects are in pipeline.
Now, Sharron is enjoying family life at his home near to Woodland Hills, CA with wife and 4 beautiful children, teaching and finding opportunities for his students in various locations! Now, preparing new levels of activity, with added experience, energy and more organized school system, BUT same dedication & excitement in teaching!
