Concentric Reducer

Use of Concentric Reducers are to join pipe sections of different diameters on same axis line. They are manufactured maintaining symmetry around them. Concentric Reducers when used to connect two pipes of different diameters, it helps in keeping the centreline of both pipes same. It is used to reduce the pipe line sizes, and can be reversed to obtain a concentric expander.

 

Eccentric Reducer

Eccentric Reducer are manufactured keeping one side of the fitting horizontal. In this type the smaller diameter outlet will be offset to larger diameter side. It is used to reduce the pipe line sizes, and can be reversed to obtain an eccentric expander.
